Alex Darr is a consumer finance litigator and fintech regulatory advisor. He represents consumers in federal court and arbitration, and advises financial institutions and technology companies on those same laws.

Alex has achieved exceptional results in cases other attorneys declined, and is regularly sought out by financial institutions for the perspective his plaintiff-side experience gives him.

Alex has been recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star and Super Lawyer, and he has received the Avvo Clients’ Choice Award.

Alex grew up in Northwest Ohio and attended the University of Mount Union, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and graduated summa cum laude. He graduated from the Ohio State University College of Law, where he was an executive board member of the Law Review, graduated summa cum laude, and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
